"19 Days" refers to a new programe being road tested by Christies of Manchester where patients are given the same amount of Radiotherapy over 19 days as opposed to the standard 35 days. Derek painted this set of works every day during the "19 Days" of RadioTherapy.Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology is an amazing place but also very sad. Anna Marie Quinn has had close friends diagnosed with breast cancer and whilst a student at JMU she pioneered her product, "BoobTube" Its art and science combined as it encourages the participants to engage with canvas and paints with their breasts while at the same time checking for breast cancer. | Venue Details
