Its members are displaying art and photography as well as ceramics, fine and semi-precious jewellery, and various textile mediums including silk painting, embroidery, and patchwork. The guild consists of professional artists who work together as a co-operative to promote their work. Many of them have their own workshops, do commission pieces and take part in varied exhibitions in Great Britain and worldwide. They work in styles from traditional to contemporary. Many of the artists will be stewarding the exhibition so there is a chance to come and speak with them about their work. This is a wonderful opportunity to purchase some finely crafted, lovingly made objects that can be artistically functional to pure art for arts sake. There may be the perfect piece for you to take home or a commission for a truly personal piece. All will be inspired by the magnificent surroundings and the Le Courbusier exhibition, which is on at the same time. | Venue Details
