Journeys End, an installation by Wendy Williams
Festival Show Photo Galleries, Festival Shows, Wendy Williams — By Wendy_Williams on October 25, 2012 21:16For the closing weeks of the Independents Biennial, Wendy Williams will bring installations together – the planes, ships and houses from three of her exhibitions of this year, to fill unit 8 at Albert Dock.
‘Journeys End’ represents the end of a travel log and a coming home….. for this year anyway.
In all, there will be over 1500 paper items to view and a further smaller installation of the houses will be shown simultaneously at Tate Liverpool, as part of ‘Host’ by Soup Collective.
The exhibition can be seen through the window of the unit daily and the artist will be there herself on weekends 3/ 4 November and 10/11 November 14.00 -16.00
