Here's a short video of the 'Point of Contact' installation by Satoru Tamura in the Huskisson Memorial in St James Gardens below Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. The flickering lights can be seen as you walk along Hope Street and its on from 10.00 - 22.00 each day until 30 October.
